For PERSISTENTLY NOT SUBMITTING A SCORE IN TIME

Should a team have the LATE /NO SCORES SUBMITTED ROOLING #2 or #29 invoked 4 times in a season then;

 - They, LOOSE ONE 1 DRAFT POSITION in the next Draft

 - Get fined $20

 - Incur the loss of a further Draft position for every extra #2 or #29 Rooling incurred + $20 fine every time &

 - Their place in the Comp, will be in jeopardy!​​
